Note: All mail in repairs must be pre-approved by our staff before the device can be mailed into one of our locations by submitting the form below or calling our store and speaking with a technician. Once approved, we will email you a shipping label.
iCommand now offers hassle-free mail in repairs! Simply fill in the form below and we will be in touch with instructions for mailing your device. iCommand provides a shipping label to attach to any box that will safely house your device (we also offer the option to have a shipping box mailed to you for a small fee). Once you’ve boxed up and mailed out your device, iCommand will be in touch to let you know we have received your device and ask any additional questions necessary for diagnosing your issues. Typically, a technician will reach out within 24-48 hours of receiving your device with a formal repair estimate that you can either accept or decline.
