BEFORE YOU BRING IN YOUR iPHONE:

Be sure to back up your iPhone in iCloud or iTunes and know your AppleID and password PRIOR to bringing your phone in for repair. You will need your AppleID and password to turn off ‘Find My iPhone’ when you check-in, as well as authenticate your data after the repair.

If you do not know your AppleID or AppleID password, click here or call AppleCare Support: 1-800-275-2273. Per our Apple license, iCommand CANNOT provide AppleID account assistance in store.

iPHONE REPAIR PRICING

 

iPhone repair pricing varies depending on your device’s level of coverage – Apple Limited Warranty, AppleCare+, Out of Warranty. Not sure if you’re covered? Check your warranty status using your iPhone serial number.

If your hardware issue wasn’t caused by accidental damage (such as a drop or liquid spill) and it’s covered by Apple limited warranty or AppleCare+, there’s no charge. If your iPhone was damaged (including cracked screens, bends, or liquid damage) and you have AppleCare+, the coverage includes two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident has a service fee. If you don’t have AppleCare+, your repair fee will vary up to Apple’s out-of-warranty repair fee.
