It is important to understand that the time frame for diagnosis and repair completion supplied at check-in is an ESTIMATE BASED ON SIMILAR REPAIRS and PROVIDED AS A COURTESY. The actual completion time may vary depending on a number of factors including (but no limited to) the complexity of your hardware issue or the final diagnosis provided by our in-house certified technicians.

Note: iCommand DOES NOT provide immediate repair updates via phone calls. When your call is received, a team member will record the name on your repair and a callback number. You will receive a callback within 1-2 business hours with the status of your repair.
