It is important to understand that the time frame for diagnosis and repair completion supplied at check-in is an ESTIMATE BASED ON SIMILAR REPAIRS and PROVIDED AS A COURTESY. The actual completion time may vary depending on a number of factors including (but no limited to) the complexity of your hardware issue or the final diagnosis provided by our in-house certified technicians/Apple’s repair depot technicians. iCommand has no control over Apple’s parts availability or the turnaround time on devices requiring dispatch to specialized Apple repair depots.
