iCommand now offers remote support! Simply fill in the form below and a technician will reach out to schedule a session.
First 40 minutes (10 minutes setup, 30 minutes of Support): $99
Additional 30 minutes (billed incrementally): $75.00
IMPORTANT: All remote support repairs must be pre-approved by our staff to verify that your issue is something that can possibly be resolved remotely. Remote support REQUIRES internet connection. If you are having internet connectivity issues, you may need to schedule an in home visit with a technician. If your issue is a result of hardware failure and the device needs to be repaired in store, you are still responsible for remote support charges.
